The booking system works best when you can set up an activities, with some costs that occur x times a day at set times. The booking system builds all sessions and manages capacties for these sessions.

The booking system integrates into a payment provider so sessions can be paid online via a client

The booking system also integrates with EPOS Now, allowing reception at the park to view all bookings, payments etc and allow the reception staff to book and pay sessions with customers face to face.

The booking system contains a waiver system and Self Check in functionality. This functionality allows each booking to be marked with a traffic light allowing so allowing quick process of bookings at arrival of reception.

The booking system contains a loyalty scheme and the ability to discount sessions with coupons.

The system has an Admin/Reception and Finance Reporting module so allowing different users controlled access to the functionality they need.

Partner Pay can setup the online payments, and card terminals to work with EPOS Now.
